IMPORTANT: Visitors aged 6-17 years old must show a valid photo ID with date of birth to receive the reduced ticket (digital copy to suffice). Without an ID, they must pay the full adult ticket price

• During periods of high visitor traffic, your admission may be slightly delayed to maintain security; museum access is regulated based on the number of people inside
• Exchange your voucher for a paper ticket at Florence Specialist Meeting Point
Important: be sure to arrive on time to the meeting point. The priority entrance tickets have a timed entrance and are valid for entrance for the selected time. Those who arrive late will lose their priority and will have to wait in the general admission line.
