Embark on a sunrise hike to the peak of Mount Merbabu, View Merapi vulcano one of the most active volcanoes in Indonesia. Enjoy a simple breakfast at the summit and take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Start your day with a pickup from your hotel in Yogyakarta at night and drive to the Basecamp Selo village. Meet your guide and get ready for your hike to the Klenteng Songo peak.

Begin your ascent in the dark, following your guide up the mountain. After 5-6 hours of hiking, reach the summit and enjoy a simple breakfast as you watch the sunrise over the surrounding landscape.

After breakfast, begin your descent back to the basecamp. Once you reach the basecamp, pack up your gear and meet your driver for the return journey to Yogyakarta.
