Begins the tour in Connaught Place, officially known as Rajiv Chowk, a ring of colonnaded Georgian-style buildings with stores, cinemas, and restaurants all around. After lunch, visit Humayun’s Tomb, the earliest substantial example of Mughal architecture in India. Explore the garden tomb which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From there, head to Old Delhi to visit the Jama Mosque, the epicenter of Delhi’s Muslim community.

Admire the red-sandstone walls of the historic Red Fort which was the former residence of Mughal emperors. After a stroll through the markets, find yourself in Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi’s main street. Finally, get the subway back to Connaught Place to finish the tour.
