Uncover the beauty of Athens on a private half-day tour. Visit the Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, and other main sites while discovering Greek history and culture.
First stop is Acropolis where you visit the temple of Parthenon, the temple of Athena Nike, the temple of Erechtheion, and several other historical sights. Usually at summer time there are available tour guides before the entrance of the of the temple where they give you a detailed information about the history of the sight. Their prices starts from 60-70 euros per tour.
Next stop is the temple of Zeus which is behind Hadrian’s arch.
From there we visit the Parliament where you can watch the shift change of the National guards.
Next stop is panathenaic stadium well known as “kallimarmaro” which means “built in fine marble”.
Then we drive you through the hart of the city on our way to Lycabettus hill.
last stop is Lycabettus hill where you can see the city of Athens from up high. there you can choose between the following options :
A) 40 minutes stop and then drive you back to your hotel/meeting point where the tour ends there
B) The tour ends up to the hill and you can stay there for coffee or lunch at the restaurant. there is a cable car from the restaurant that takes you down to the city and you can find your way to your hotel using public transportation or taxi.

At Lycabettus hill there is a walking distance between the parking area and the top of the hill where the view area is. If there are people in your group having difficulty on walking, please note that going up at the top of the hill will be hard for them. In that case please let us know so we can drop you off at the cable car which will take you up to the view area.
Please note that due to strict Greek laws and regulations, your Tour Driver is not licensed to accompany you inside the sights. Your Tour Driver will provide commentary and basic information only inside the vehicle and only when it is deemed safe to do so while driving.
Your Driver will drop you off as close to the sights as legally possible and in accordance to Traffic laws.
Most archeological sights require uphill walking and include steps. We recommend comfortable clothing and walking shoes, preferably flat-soled. For protection from the heat and sun, we strongly suggest you wear a hat, sun glasses and sunscreen.
Please be at the lobby/area 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time(from Hotels/apartments/pickup points).
