Transfers will be provided ONLY for bookings made 14 hours before the activity take place. You will be sent a message through Whatsapp or an email around 9:00 p.m the previous day of the cruise that will inform you about the exact place of pickup and any other important details for your pick up. The company does not bear responsibility if the costumer loses its pick up time. Costumers have the responsibility to be on time at the EXACT allocated pick up points that we announce you. Please don’t call asking the pick up time. It will be announced to you before 9pm the previous day of the cruise.
You will be sent a message through Whatsapp or an email that will inform you about the exact place of pickup and any other important details. Costumers must answer as soon as possible about their location in order to schedule their transfer. Pick up can not be made when the booking is made under 14 hours from the departure time or if there is not prompt notification about the exact pick up place
