In this course you will experience the whole sensory journey around coffee. Come and join us for an exciting trip, from origin to sustainable trade to roasting and tasting.
Meet your teacher at the front desk before you are taken to the workshop area. Enjoy a three hour workshop learning everything about taste and the variety of coffee flavors.
Have all your questions about coffee tastings answered while your instructor supports you with the description of the flavors, mouthfeel and texture of coffee. Make the most of the refreshments (coffee and water) available during the workshop.
If you wish, you can go with your teacher to the roof of Johan Jacobs' house and enjoy the wonderful view over Bremen. Then head to the Jacobs Heritage Store, where the stories and history of Jacobs coffee come to life.
