For 6:45 PM sailing: Seared salmon and leek compote with a grain crisp
For 9:15 PM sailing: Choice of:• Seared sea scallops with leek compote and shellfish jus • Lightly cooked foie gras, grape compote, and orange marmalade with pecan financier• vegetarian cream of red kuri squash, chestnuts, and roasted squash seeds
Main course For both departures, choice of:
• Suprême of young guinea hen with mashed potatoes, fricassee of local mushrooms, and vin jaune sauce • Fillet of sea bream with parsnip mousseline and honey-roasted carrots with thyme• Steak with shiitake mushrooms and a small cauliflower soufflé (+€9)• Vegetarian polenta with truffles and a seasonal vegetable medley

L’instant by Paris seine (mini cheesecake/chocolate finger cake) or pear and chocolate crumble
