Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where your host will provide the tickets
This is not a guided tour; your host will take you up to the 2nd floor & (if summit option is selected) direct you to the summit floor lift where you will continue your visit independently
People with reduced mobility cannot access the summit floor
It is not possible to reschedule the tour once the booking has been completed
You may have to wait in line for security & the elevators
Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the second floor to access the summit's elevators
On the rare occasions that the summit floor might be closed to the public due to maintenance, safety, lift breakdowns/malfunctions or adverse weather conditions no refunds or discounts can be guaranteed
The site is wheelchair-accessible only up to the 2nd floor
There is no left-luggage facility for non-permitted items at the tower
