Morning: Visit to the Aiguille du Midi

Meet in front of the Aiguille du Midi cable car, after a spectacular ascent, we are to the top of the Aiguille du Midi at an altitude of 3800m! here the view is breathtaking, you will discover the peaks of the massif, and the history and adventure of the creation of the most extraordinary cable car in the world! Option 1:
Noon: Picnic in the mountains
After a long time spent at an altitude of 3842m, we will descend to the Plan de l'Aiguille (Aiguille du Midi intermediate station) for a picnic in the mountains.

Afternoon: Hike on the North Balcony (5km D+100 / D-500)

Allow 2 to 3 hours to cross the spectacular northern balconies to reach the Montenvers upper station.

You will experience a memorable hike, on the way your guide will share all his knowledge about the mountains and landscapes that surround you.

We will descend from the heights of the Aiguille du Midi at the end of the morning after a 1.5 to 2 hours visit.
Back in the valley, you can enjoy some free time in Chamonix and have the lunch time.
We will meet at the beginning of the afternoon for a visit to the city center and some emblematic places of the city, then we will take the emblematic Montenvers train to reach the Mer de Glace.
