Chase the northern lights on a snowmobile while traveling through the magical snow-covered forests on a tour in Rovaniemi. Get an authentic taste of Lappish culture and enjoy a snack by the bonfire.
Snowmobiling through the Lappish wilderness is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and provides you with the excellent opportunity to witness the Northern Lights.
From the base camp, drive out to a suitable location and gather around the bonfire for some hot berry juice and snacks. Whilst there, hear about the myths and science behind the Northern Lights before hopping back on your snowmobiles and continuing the chase.
At the conclusion of your thrilling adventure, return back to the base camp from where your guide returns you to Rovaniemi.

The driver of the snowmobile must be at least 18 years of age and in possession of a valid driver’s license in EU/Finland
Special diet options (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) are available upon request
The snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the vehicle. Personal self-liability insurance is available to purchase to reduce costs in case of an accident
Your pick-up time will be confirmed via email from Apukka Resort (the activity provider) within 48 hours of booking. Please make sure you open and read this email! We offer two pick-up points: Rovaniemi City Center: Next to Apukka City office at address Korkalonkatu 36. Santa Claus Village: The bus stop Napapiiri I by the main road, E75.
