・Full names and dates of birth of all participants are required for the insurance.
・For safety reasons, children under 7 years old are not allowed on the tour.
・Insurance cannot be provided for those who are 76 years and older; however, you may participate if you purchase your own insurance.
・As of January 2024, all reservations for tours that include whale shark viewing in Oslob will require the personal information and identification of all participants at the time of reservation and on the day of participation. Please submit (1) the names and dates of birth of all participants and (2) a photo ID (passport) image of one representative at the time of booking. Please note that in the case the information is not submitted in a timely manner, the waiting time at the site will be more than 2 hours and the departure time will be different from that of other participants, so you will be guided as a private tour and you will be charged an additional fee.
