Typically, its name is supposed to refer to Fatimah, a respected figure in Islam who was given the title Az-Zahr. Fatimah is the daughter of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. the radiant or dazzling one. In Cairo, which has since earned the moniker "the City of a Thousand Minarets," it was the first mosque to be built.
Then move to Khan El Khalili Bazaars. Shops in this district are legendary for fine brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, antiques etc.
