Day 1: Arrival in Quito. Explore the Old Town or rest at the hotel. Meet the guide at 6:30 pm for an orientation meeting.

Day 2: Explore Quito's Old Town, visiting landmarks like the Presidential Palace and San Francisco Church. Enjoy local ice cream, then visit Panecillo Hill for views. After lunch at the Equator sites (Inti Nan Museum and monument), return to the hotel.

Day 3: Depart for Otavalo via local bus (2 hours). Check into the hotel and explore the village.

Day 4: Hike in the stunning protected area, starting at 10,000 ft and reaching 12,500 ft. Return to Otavalo for the night.

Day 5: Depart early for Tena (all-day travel by bus). After lunch, transfer to the jungle lodge. Relax before dinner and a briefing.
