I'll guide you through Düsseldorf's Old Town with history, stories and an Altbier. Explore the highlights and hidden sights with me!
We start at the castle tower on Burgplatz, walk from there to the town hall with the Jan Wellem monument, via Bolker Straße with the house where Heinrich Heine was born, from Neanderkirche to Andreaskirche in the oldest part of the old town with Ratinger Straße and from there to St. Lambertus. On our way, we will encounter many Düsseldorf rulers, writers, artists and also ordinary people who are an integral part of Düsseldorf's history. As walking and listening makes you thirsty, we will enjoy an Altbier in one of the local breweries along the way and explore the peculiarities of Düsseldorf's breweries. We end our little journey through Düsseldorf's old town at the Stadterheb6ngsmonument.
