Pick-up is directly from your hotel in Dominicus (vacationers from Bayahibe or the Hilton Hotel will walk to our dive center ~10') and you can relax during the transfer in the taxi. Begin a walk along a marked trail in Cotubanama National Park, admiring the brilliant flora and fauna along the way to the cenotes.
Switch on your flashlight and descend into the cave which has a wide entrance. At the bottom of the stairs, cool off in water that is 25°C (77°F). Enjoy the beauty of the place, with its stalactites, stalagmites, and columns.
Take a peak below the waves of this freshwater spring that is a sacred spot for the ancient inhabitants of Hispaniola. Once you are refreshed, stroll back through the jungle to the parking spot. Indulge in a an aperitif before returning to your accommodation in Bayahibe.
