Discover Dresden with a 1-day ticket and get to know the city during the bus tour including 22 different stops. Start the tour at the first stop of the Hop On Hop Off where you will exchange your voucher. Your 1-day ticket also includes a night watchman walking tour, an old town walking tour and transport to the castle and park in Pillnitz, all from the same central meeting point location: Postplatz/Kronentor Zwinger.
If you find that you run out of time to see and do everything included with your ticket, you can choose to extend the hop-on-hop-off ticket for a further day once you arrive (for €2 extra, not included) and thus extend all of the inclusions listed above.
With the ticket to the virtual reality experience Fortress Xperience, you encounter an adventurous journey through time through 450 years of Dresden's eventful history: Celebrations. Dramas. Disasters. The secrets of Dresden Fortress are brought to life with breathtaking 360-degree projections and 3D sound technology. You can expect a completely new range of experiences on 1,500m², right in the heart of Dresden's old town.
FestungXperience is an approximately one-hour format with content and emotional demands, which is why the visit is recommended for children from 12 years and not allowed for children younger than 8.

• The Fortress Xperience is a 1-hour format with content and emotional demands which might not be suitable for children under 12 years old; children under 8 years old are not permitted
• The Fortress Xperience is open daily from 10 AM - 6 PM; last entry at 4:30 PM
• The bus departs daily from May - December, between 9:30 AM and 5 PM; every 15 to 30 minutes
• The tour does not include extra day/s for the hop-on-hop-off bus (€2 per day to be purchased when redeeming your ticket)
• Starting times for additional attractions:
• Old Town Walking Tour: April to October 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM; November to March: 1 PM
• Dresden Night Watchmen: April to October daily 9 PM, plus Friday and Saturday 8 PM; November to March: Daily 8 PM
