Learn to cook a traditional Czech meal with the help of a Michelin-star-trained chef. Stroll through the biggest food market, taste local wines, and enjoy your meal with good company.
Meet your guide at the colorful Holešovice Market in the city center, one of the most famous markets in the country, well known for its large variety of products. In this crowded market, your guide will pick out and purchase the best local products that can be used for the class.
Discover how to prepare a typical Czech menu. Learn how to choose fresh ingredients and the way to cook them, select the proper tools, and make the magic with your own hands. Prepare a three-course menu, classic Czech soup which is called Kulajda, Beef goulash with dumplings, and finish with the typical ''povidlové buchty'' as dessert.
Finish the class having learned some new cooking techniques, a recipe book with all the things you cooked and some other dishes, and recommendations on the best spots for food or wine in Prague.
Drink will be provided during the activity, and once you have finished preparing your dishes, sit down and enjoy all three courses together. Contact the supplier in advance if you have any allergies.

Holešovice Food market - Holešovická Tržnice. The Easyest way is use Metro! Go to Vltavská station on Red line - C, then it's just one station by Tram no. 1, 12, 14 or 25 it goes there every few minutes. Jump out, cross on the other side and go through the main entrance straight ahead to Hall 22 and that's it! The meeting point is right in front of the Hall 22 next to it it's Pekárna (bakery). In cace of a rain, we will meet inside of Hall 22 :)
