We will meet at the time you choose at the meeting point, where we will begin the guided tour of one of the oldest distilleries in Latin America. Did you know that its origins date back to 1634?

We will begin the tour of La Caravedo by visiting the cultivation area. There we will see the different Pisco vines, where we will distinguish its eight varieties: Quebranta, Acholado, Torontel, Albilla, Moscatel, Mollar, Italia and Negra Criolla.

We will then visit the original facilities that date back to 1684. Particularly noteworthy are the wine press, the press and the falcas. All this machinery was essential to make pisco in a completely artisanal way. Today, the La Caravedo distillery is one of the most modern in Peru.

At the end of the guided tour, we will enjoy a pisco tasting, which will vary depending on the type of tour you book.
