You will have to buy tickets on line .and we will take you on the tour for around 3 hours ..where we will be taken you to see the beautifull wild life of the Manuel Antonio national park ..the whole hike would last at least 3 hours also along the hike there will be potable water or if you prefer to bring your Own bottles of water ..in the middle of the forest there is a restaurant where you can by coffee water banana bread or other thing in you want .then we will head to the beach for 30 minutes ..at the meantime you finish wi will head back th the mean entrance to finish the tour
