Corcovado National Park, San Pedrillo Station, 1 Day Hike

Walk through the rainforest, along with the howling of howler monkeys, the singing of birds and millions of different insects.
Starting time is at our office at 6:30 am. Once you arrive at our office, you will enjoy coffee and cookies while waiting for the group to complete. Once the whole group is together you will follow us in your car to the parking lot (included in the price) or we will take you in our cars in case you don't have one, the parking lot is near the entrance to Marino Ballena NP where you will board the boat. The boat ride to Corcovado, San Pedrillo station is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the San Pedrillo station the tour guide will begin to give safety instructions to follow on the trails, the hike can consist of two short hikes with a break between hikes or it can be a long hike, the total duration of the hike can be between 2 to 3 hours with a medium/low difficulty. During the hike you will have the chance to observe large mammals such as Tapir, Puma and Monkeys, species of reptiles, amphibians, arachnids and a lot of flora thanks to the different forest ecosystems that fill this park with green color. Once the hike is over, enjoy a delicious typical Costa Rican lunch, giving you some time to rest and finish the visit to Corcovado and take the boat back to the starting point.
