5:00 AM - Depart Siem Reap

Start your day early with a 2-3 hour drive from Siem Reap to Preah Vihear. The drive takes you through the scenic Cambodian countryside.

09:30 AM - Arrive at Preah Vihear
Preah Vihear is a UNESCO World Heritage site perched atop Preah Vihear mountain on the border with Thailand. Spend 1-2 hours exploring the magnificent temple complex, taking in the incredible views over the border. Key sights include:
The Gopura V entrance gate and staircase leading up the mountain
The series of five Gothic style temples and shrines along the sacred walkway

Spend 1-2 hours exploring the Koh Ker temple group, the former capital of the Khmer Empire in the 9-10th century. include:
Prasat Thom, the large step pyramid temple, Prasat Pram with tree, Prasat damrei, Linga group.

2:00 PM - Arrive at Prasat Pram
Spend 30-45 minutes visiting the small, tranquil temple of Prasat Pram. Admire the well-preserved lintels and carvings on the temple's three towers.
2:30 PM arrive Depart for Prasat Damrei,
It's a short 15 minute drive from Prasat Pram to reach Prasat Damrei.
3:30 PM - Arrive at Prasat Damrei

5:00 PM - Depart for Siem Reap
Begin the 2-2.5 hour drive back to Siem Reap, arriving around 6:45-7:30PM.
