Depending on each nationality, passengers prepare their own documents for visa application. A Local carrier will not be responsible in case your visa is rejected.
Please provide the details to the operator to get Pick up and Drop off service (hotel name, homestay, cruise name) via Email/WhatsApp.
Please note that arrival times are not guaranteed. They are estimates, based on the operator's provisions, experience, and statistics, and may vary.
Extra payment will be applied 100.000 VND/hour if the driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. You can require a pick up point from Tan Son Nhat Airport or Hotel in Ho Chi Minh city center. Please call/message the hotline if you can’t locate your driver.
