-SPECIAL ATTENTION TO HEART DISEASES: Of the 9 hours, most are light activities but the ascent of the trail is moderate. It is not about age, children and elderly people climb the trail daily. But heart diseases as well as morbid obesity are relevant to think about and wait for the group coming back from the trail.

A) SHELL gas station next to the B-Mar exit of Jardim Oceânico subway (Rio is huge and people come from different places, so this way we save precious time for tour attractions)
