We do the tour, rain or shine. The day of the tour is chosen by the customer, therefore no refund will be generated in case of bad weather.
At our company, we operate with a diverse fleet of boats. Our selection process is tailored daily to meet specific demands, offering boats accommodating 50, 60, 80, and 90 passengers. To commence each tour, obtaining approval from the military navy is a prerequisite. This ensures that we exclusively work with boats that meet high standards, providing both a quality experience and utmost safety for our clients.
During peak tourist season in Rio de Janeiro, traffic is common due to its popularity. We start pickups in Leblon, traverse various neighborhoods, concluding with the final one in Lapa. Despite possible traffic challenges, our commitment to a smooth and enjoyable experience remains unwavering as we head to the final destination.
Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Drivers will not wait for more than 5 minutes after the scheduled collection time.
