You'll start with a short briefing from some of the world's most experienced tandem pilots where you will learn about the take-off procedure and other important aspects of paragliding. Then, take off with your pilot over the edge of the mountain to paraglide smoothly through the tropical air. Any fear you may have will soon disappear and you will experience a very unique sense of tranquility only possible with non-motorized, open-air flight.
After enjoying the beautiful views over Rio de Janeiro, you'll land smoothly on São Conrado Beach. You'll also receive the exclusive videos taken during your adventure to share with your family and friends at home.

• Wear comfortable shoes that you make the take-off sprint in and which won't fall off during your flight
• Beach sandals are not allowed
• On cooler winter days bring a sweatshirt along
• This activity is dependant on current meteorological conditions and may need to be delayed or rescheduled if conditions are unsuitable
Minimum age to participate is 14, minors under 18 need to be accompanied by legal guardian and picture IDs of both need to be presented.
