Embark on a captivating four-day adventure from San Pedro de Atacama to Uyuni, discovering Bolivia's stunning landscapes and cultural gems.
Day 1
We'll pick you up in San Pedro de Atacama and head to the Bolivia border, passing through Chile and Bolivia's border offices. On this day, we'll explore Bolivian highlands attractions like Laguna Blanca and Laguna Verde near Licancabur volcano. We'll visit the Salvador Dalí Desert, relax in Polques hot springs, and see the Sol de Mañana Geysers, where water reaches 90°C. The day concludes at Laguna Colorada, home to over 30,000 flamingos.
Day 2
We'll explore the Valley of Rocks, resembling an abandoned city formed by volcanic rock. We'll visit Camel and Sora to observe local wildlife, Laguna Misteriosa or Catal for typical Bolivian Altiplano fauna, and Laguna Vinto and Mirador. The day ends at Cañon de la Anaconda.
Day 3
Early morning, we'll watch the sunrise at Salar de Uyuni. Then, we'll visit Incahuasi Island with giant cacti and unique salt flat views. Later, we'll visit the Salt Museum and Colchani before heading to Uyuni, passing the Train Cemetery for photos. After saying goodbye to our guide, there's free time in Uyuni for lunch and city exploration. We'll meet our returning driver in Villamar for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4
We'll rise early for our return trip, crossing the Chile-Bolivia border. After procedures, we switch to a minibus for the journey back to San Pedro de Atacama.
