Excursión al Salar de Uyuni y pernoctación en autobús

Discover the Salar de Uyuni and its surroundings on a guided tour of 2 nights and 1 day including meals. Travel between La Paz and Uyuni in 2 comfortable overnight buses.
Day 1

Head to the Bus Office at 8:30 PM for check-in. The bus from La Paz to Uyuni departs at 9:00 PM.

Onboard, enjoy dinner (meat and vegetarian options), breakfast, a bottle of water, a hot drink, heating, restrooms, a polar blanket, Wi-Fi, and a first aid kit.

Day 2

Arrival in Uyuni at 7:30 AM.

Free time to purchase snacks, water, and other essentials for your trip. (We have free time because all companies and tourist spots are available from 10:30 AM.)

Then head to our office, located one block from the bus station.

Begin your tour at 10:30 AM with a trip to the Salar de Uyuni. The first stop is the eerie "Train Graveyard" located on the outskirts of Uyuni.

Next, visit the small settlement of Colchani (salt miner workshops near the salt flat), where you can also find salt crafts and textiles made from llama and alpaca wool. These make excellent souvenirs. Take photos as you navigate the vast white salt expanse, wade through the "Salt Water Eyes," and also visit a salt hotel currently used as a museum-restaurant, the World Flags (where you can bring your own flag and place it there for free), and the Dakar Rally Monument.

After a morning of exploration, lunch will be served on the way. Afterward, you’ll have time to hike to the top of Incahuasi Island to see giant cacti and petrified coral rock formations.

Important: Due to the rainy season (from January to March), access to Incahuasi Island may not be possible.

Next, take time to organize your group to take fun photos playing with perspective and proportion on the dazzling white surface of the salt flat. Playing with the scene is sure to give you memorable and entertaining photos!

Finally, head to a spacious area to experience a beautiful sunset over the salt flat, with its stunning colors spreading across the Salar de Uyuni, and enjoy it with a glass of wine.

Return from your excursion to our Uyuni office between 7:15 PM and 7:45 PM.

Then, make your way to the Bus Office by yourself at 8:30 PM.

Departure of the bus from Uyuni to La Paz at 9:00 PM.

Day 3

Arrive in La Paz between 6:15 AM and 6:35 AM.

End of the excursion: Main Bus Station in La Paz.
