Instructions we provide to guests to meet your tour: Meeting Instructions for guests at the DR AC WATHEY CRUISE FACILITY Yolo Tour departs from the cruise EDC Sand Parking Lot. There is 1 parking lot on the facility. Your ship will dock, walk off your ship onto the pier and walk the middle of the pier. Passing by Black Statue of Claude Wathey you will find the Welcome Center and Information Booth. Please ask here for the EDC parking lot and the receptionist will guide you to it. Arriving at the EDC Sand Parking lot, your local representative will be holding a Yolo Destination Group Tour sign. The tour is scheduled to depart at the time you selected, (LOCAL time) and we ask all guests to be at the designated departure location at least ten minutes before departure time. Late arrivals may miss their tour and will have to pay for their own transportation.
