Take the opportunity to see the UNESCO-listed landscapes of Salzkammergut on a private full day tour from Vienna. Stop on the way to see the Baroque beauty of Admont Abbey, picturesque village of Hallstatt, and enjoy the scenery of lakes and Austrian Alps
Be picked up in your hotel by a private driver who will take you on a scenic journey to the famous Salzkammergut Alpine region. You will be taken through the heart of the Austrian Alps and will enjoy panoramic mountain views.
The first stop will be one of Austria´s oldest abbeys the baroque Admont Abbey where you can admire its famous library which is one of the largest libraries in the world. You will than take the panoramic journey to the hidden pearl of Austria - a unique mining village of Hallstatt where you can walk through its little streets and enjoy the atmosphere of this beautiful mediaval village.
The last stop will be the little town on the banks of the Traunsee River - Gmunden. You will get the opportunity to see the beautiful Ort Castle which appears to be floating in the centre of the lake and you will also get the opportunity to buy souvenirs from many shops with original hand crafts.
