Please double check your pickup time on the ticket which should be between 45 to 35 minutes prior to departure depending on your location. Self-check-in is 30 minutes prior to departure at our office. Pickup bus will not be able to wait for more than 3 minutes, passengers turning up late might result in missing their pickup bus and have to make their own way to our office 30 minutes prior to departure at their own cost.
