Waiting for a flight? How about a tour? Accompany us to the GREAT WALL and much more with layover tours!
This is a private guided tour, I’m your guide and driver born and raised in Beijing.
I offer two sections to visit.
A. Mutianyu Great Wall which is most famous section for foreign travelers. A full array of amenities consists of the shuttle bus, restaurants, cable car, and toboggan. Friendly to anyone but it’s crowded on weekends and public holidays.
B. A beautiful natural section near Mutianyu where is popular to local hikers. I recommend this part to people who love hiking and willing to challenge themselves. No tickets, no crowds!
Itinerary:
1. I will pick you up from the airport (PEK) and then head to the Wall.
2. After approximately 1.5 hours driving we will arrive at Mutianyu Great Wall.
3. Leading you to the entrance and guide you to buy the tickets. (Recommend you to buy the cable car tickets)
4. Hiking on the Wall and enjoy the view.
5. Go back to airport.
6. Before go back, have a lunch is optional.
7. The whole trip will take around 8 hours without the traffic. The weekend and public holidays will probably cost two more hours on the road.
Spending two dollars to experience a local popular breakfast along the way to the Great Wall is optional.
