1. Seasonal Papaya/Mango or Banana Flower salad with prawn., You learn how to make these special organic salad dish from slicing each pieces of babana flower or manago or papaya to pick up best herbs.
2. Fried Morning Glorry with Garlic, Green and fresh morning glorry fried with garlic and peanut oil, bringing you the special dish.We show how to make best garlic in secrect with us.
3. Hoi An Local Pancake with Prawn/Beef wraping with Herbs, You're instructed to cook the best local cakes with our long experience for cooking in here.You also learn how to make the delicious fishing sauce.
4. Fired Tofu with Tomato Sauce, You learn how to make the best Vietnamese Tofu with great sauce for your delicious dishes and you also learn how make the best sauce in secrect.
5. Fried Spring Roll with Prawn, You learn how to craft the best spring roll with prawn from picking up the herbs to roll them by the nicest way with alot of fun.
6. Seasonal Fruit Cutting dish, You learn how to craft the nicest fruit by cutting the fruits like flower or cakes...that you never know before.
