Our Vegan Cooking Class offers vegans a opportunity to indulge in delicious Vietnamese Cuisine specially crafted to meet your needs.

Our activities thus begin with a short visit to a local market to see the colorful fresh vegetables and fruits and try to choose your ingredients. This spectacular adventure awaits you at our cooking class will give you the chance to explore Vietnam beyond the ordinary.

After buying some ingredients from the cooking class menu, we will reach the coconut forest, fishing village, where you will be taught how to catch for purple crab by local people. Arriving at Cam Thanh village, you will be transported by basket boat of local people. Here they will teach you how to catch purple crabs and how to make rings or locusts, or flowers ... from the leaves of nipa

About 40 minutes by basket boat, you will return to our kitchen , you can make 4 Vietnamese vegan recipes with the help and instructions along with cultural stories from our cooking instructors. We will do cooking together like a local family. This is also a chance for you to learn how to make Vietnam vegan seasonings and marinades as well as enjoy your cooking creations.

End of tour and we will take you back to the hotel.

Children under 4 years old if free of charged, they will join in cooking class and will shared the meal with parents

This cooking class will combine with other participants who cook meat dishes. However, we will prepare the vegetarian/ Vegan ingredients for your booking
