Hi, I'm My. I'm passionate about cooking healthy food and love my life in Hoi An. I would like to invite you to my home where we can cook some authentic Vietnamese dishes and chit-chat over a homemade meal.

We will cook 3 dishes from scratch. Please let me know if you would like to learn some specific dishes, have any food allergies or diet requirements.

1. Bún thịt nướng/ Bún bò Nam Bộ - Stir-fried beef/grilled chicken/pork noodles
2. Bánh xèo - Pancake with chicken/pork/prawn
3. Phở gà - Chicken noodles soup
4. Chả giò - Fried spring rolls with chicken/pork
5. Bún cá - Fish noodles soup
6. Mì xào bò - Stir-fried noodles with beef
7. Bánh cuốn - Rice crepe rolls with pork and mushroom
8. Gỏi - Mango/papaya/pomelo/cabbage salads
9. Cơm tấm - Grilled pork and broken rice
10. Cá kho - Braised fish
11. Thịt kho trứng - Caramelized pork and eggs
12. Gà xào sả ớt - Chicken with lemon grass and chilli

My place is very close to the city center and easy to find. You even can walk from the city center along nice river side. When you are standing on the street, looking at the building, the residential entrances are on the left hand side.
