This activity require good weather. If it's canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date. If you can't move to a diffent date there is no refund.
If customers bring children under 15 years old who are not their biological children, they must present a Power of Attorney from the child’s parents, certified by a local authority.
Children must be accompanied by their parents and should bring a birth certificate or passport.
Please arrive at the pick-up point 30 minutes early. Late arrivals after the bus has departed or cancellations without prior notice will incur a fee equivalent to 'cancellation on departure day.'
Bring an ID card or passport (original) and pack lightly; avoid bringing large suitcases.
Guests are responsible for their own money and personal belongings during the tour.
Provide your full name and year of birth when registering.
Overseas Vietnamese and international visitors with separate visas must bring their customs declaration and visa on the tour
Guests are present at the pick-up point 30 minutes before. Guests arriving late when the bus has departed or canceling the tour without prior notice will be charged a fee such as 'cancellation on departure day. Message will be sent a day before departure date to confirm your pick up location/meeting point
