**Day 1: Hanoi - Sapa - Lao Chai Trekking - Ta Van Village (Meals: L, D)**
**06:00 - 06:45 am:** Pick-up from your accommodation in Hanoi Old Quarter by shuttle bus, then transfer to an air-conditioned sleeper bus. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
Relax and enjoy the scenic drive to Sapa, stopping along the way to stretch and admire the stunning views.
**12:30 - 13:00:** Arrive in Sapa, where your guide will meet you and take you to a local restaurant for lunch.
Start a 12 km trek through rice terraces and villages, passing through Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, and Ta Van. Along the way, enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch and interact with the local H’Mong people to learn about their culture.
The trail can be slippery, so trekking shoes are recommended. Before reaching your host's home, stop at a waterfall for photos.
Pick vegetables from the garden and cook dinner with your host while sharing stories. Spend the night experiencing local life in a traditional home. Note: You will share the bathroom with your host as part of the local experience.

**Day 2: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai Village - Sapa - Hanoi (Meals: B, L)**
Start the day with breakfast prepared with your host. You can choose to hike to other villages or visit a bamboo forest, with opportunities to try harvesting or working in the fields.
After lunch at a local restaurant, return to Sapa. Enjoy free time to explore the town and visit the local market.
**15:00:** Board the sleeper bus back to Hanoi.
**21:30:** Arrive in Hanoi Old Quarter, ending your trip.
