Luggage Information
• Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it.
All passengers must provide the following information upon booking:

- Arrival/Departure information of Flight/Train
- Pick-up and drop-off location, Phone number, Email.
The booking can be rejected if the information is not provided following to city law by Transportation Department.

Important notices:
- Passenger has to be ready at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure.
- You will be transferred from Bus to a small car to enter Hoi an old town area from 11:00 AM - 13:00 PM and 14:00 PM - 22:00 PM
- The driver will leave punctually at the scheduled departure times. We recommend you choose a departure time at least 1 hour after your flight arrival time to allow ample time to cross immigration. If you are delayed and the driver has left, you may take the next scheduled departure (subject to available seats)
Pick-up from Da Nang Airport:
Look for your driver who will be holding a sign with Barri Ann Travel logo on it, at Domestic Arrival Gate A4, at the specific time of the bus schedule (if you have an international flight please walk from the International Terminal to Domestic Terminal to meet the driver)
