Day 1: HCM - My Tho - Chau Doc (L, D)
7:00 AM: Pick up at 243 De Tham, District 1, or your hotel in District 1. Depart for My Tho by air-conditioned bus, enjoying scenic views and green rice paddies.
Vinh Trang Pagoda: Visit the biggest pagoda in the Mekong Delta.
Boat Trip in My Tho: See fish cages and floating houses, then switch to a hand-rowing boat to cruise through a creek with coconut trees.
Coconut Island in Ben Tre: Learn about coconut candy making, taste samples, and explore the village.
Unicorn Island: Ride a motor car to a traditional music performance and taste tropical fruits. Visit a bee-keeping farm and enjoy honey tea.
12:30 PM: Lunch with special Vietnamese food under the shade of trees. After lunch, relax, walk around the village, or take a short bike ride.
Travel to Chau Doc: By ferry and bus. Check into the hotel, have dinner, and enjoy free time in Chau Doc at night.

Day 2: Chau Doc – Tra Su Forest – Can Tho (B, L, D)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and visit Ba Chua Xu Pagoda, Thoai Ngoc Hau Tomb, and Tay An Co Tu Pagoda.
Tra Su Forest: Travel to Tra Su Melaleuca Forest. Take a motorboat through the forest, observing birds, storks, and the diverse ecosystem. Enjoy a rowing boat ride through narrow canals.
Lunch: Enjoy special dishes at Tra Su.
Travel to Can Tho: Check into the hotel. Dinner on Can Tho Yacht Restaurant with folk music on the Hau River. Free time in Can Tho at night.

Day 3: Can Tho - Cai Rang Floating Market - Ca Mau (B, L, D)
6:00 AM: Breakfast. Motorboat tour to Cai Rang Floating Market, the biggest in the Mekong Delta. Visit a rice noodle making shop and enjoy pineapple tasting.
Travel to Ca Mau: Lunch in Ca Mau. Visit the southernmost point of Vietnam, Cà Mau Cape. Take photos at the National Coordinate Landmark - GPS 0001, and enjoy the views from the lookout tower.
Evening: Return to Ca Mau city, have dinner, check into the hotel, and enjoy free time.

Day 4: Ca Mau – Bac Lieu – Soc Trang – HCM (B, L)
Morning: Breakfast and check out of the hotel. Travel to Bac Lieu, visit Tac Say Cathedral and the grave of Father Truong Buu Diep. Explore Bac Lieu Prince's house and the Wind Power Field.
Lunch: In Soc Trang. Visit Som Rong Pagoda.
Afternoon: Return to Saigon, with a rest stop at Cai Be - Tien Giang.
