IMPORTANT: The name that you provide at the time of booking must exactly match your government issued I.D. or passport. Because this is a TSA and FAA requirement, there is no flexibility with this policy. You're I.D. or passport will be required on the day of travel. If in any case that the passenger gets denied boarding, there will be no refund.

We pick up at most hotels in Waikiki between 4:30 AM~6:30 AM(depending on the flight time). We will inform you of the pick-up time and details via messenger or text/call a day before the tour. Please check your message that we will send you the day before your tour.
Please keep in mind, that we require a minimum number of passengers to operate the tour and will confirm 2 days before the tour. If you're staying outside Waikiki, please meet your tour guide at the Hilo Airport. If you have any questions, please message us on the Viator platform and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
