We will pick you up at your accommodation and take you to a charming winery. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with an introduction to mate, Uruguay's traditional drink.
Enjoy a picada of Uruguayan cheeses and salami, accompanied by fresh breads, while tasting five wines from Bodega Fallabrino.
An expert asador will guide you in the selection of cuts, fire preparation, cooking techniques and preparation of chimichurri.
Taste asado de tira, colita de cuadril and choripán, accompanied by Tannat or Rosé Moscatel. Finish with the traditional Martín Fierro dessert.
