Famous from the movie “Dolphin Tale,”this is the location that rescued Winter the dolphin after her tail was caught in a crab trap line. Brought to Clear Marine Aquarium to be rehabilitated, she lost her tail but not her spirit. She was fitted for a prosthetic tail, and became a movie star in a film based on her life! Although Winter has now passed away, you are able to see the aquarium she inspired, and all the good work they have created and assistance they have provided others due to her life.
