As you savor each bite, the chefs will share fascinating tales of the island’s rich culinary heritage. Enhance the experience with a handcrafted drink from the bespoke cocktail menu, and let the flavors transport you.

Perfect for solo travelers, couples, wedding parties, and groups, this popular demonstration-style class offers an unforgettable taste of Key West. Engage with the chefs as they bring fresh, local ingredients to life with traditional cooking techniques and island flair. From savory entrees to irresistible tropical desserts, enjoy an interactive and delicious experience—topped off with a taste of paradise.

Our demonstration classes are designed to fit your schedule, whether you're visiting for a short getaway or looking for a fun local experience. Classes run Tuesdays through Saturdays at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Prefer an evening class? The “Dinnertainment” session is from 6-8pm and is a perfect way to keep the party going when the sun goes down.
