The free shuttle bus service is only available for those with prior reservations and is subject to availability. Customers are asked to wait in the designated pick-up area before the pick-up time.
The pick-up service may not be available if you make a reservation the day before or on the day of the tour, and refunds may not be available if you cannot use the pick-up service.
Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
Shuttle pickup times:
• 5:50 P.M.: Prince Waikiki Hotel (Harbor side)
• 6:00 P.M.: Ross Dress for Less (Hyatt Centric)
• 6:10 P.M.: Hyatt Regency (Koa Avenue Bus Depot)
• 6:20 P.M.: Waikiki Beach Marriott Hotel - Bus Depot (on Paoakalani Ave)
