Have you ever wanted to learn to stand-up paddle board? Join our introductory SUP class in Honolulu, designed specifically for beginners eager to master the basics of this exciting water sport. In the stunning waters of Oahu, our experienced instructors will guide you through essential techniques to ensure you paddle with confidence.
Our session begins with a discussion on important safety considerations, ensuring everyone has a fun and safe experience. You'll learn how to execute an efficient forward stroke, as well as how to stop and turn the board effortlessly. With these skills, you'll be able to navigate the water with ease.

Mornings are the perfect time to paddle, thanks to the generally light winds and the increased chances of spotting turtles as we glide along. This class not only offers a great introduction to SUP but also provides a serene and picturesque Hawaiian adventure.

For a full Hawaiian experience, consider pairing this class with our Oahu SUP yoga class at 9 a.m. It's a wonderful way to deepen your connection with the water and enjoy a peaceful start to your day.

Please check in 10-15 minutes before the class begins. Note that you may not join the class if you are more than 5 minutes late.
