Pick up can be between 9:30-10am. We do ask that you are ready in the lobby of your hotel or the baggage claim of the airport about 9:20am. You will want to keep your eyes on the front door to the lobby or out the window if at the airport, for a black sprinter van to pull up, it will have our logo on the side. The driver most likely will not come inside, but if they don’t see you come out after a few minutes they will call the front desk to your hotel or your cell phone.
