- Ensure you use the restroom before your tour as there are no toilet breaks throughout your experience.
- If you are late, you forfeit your ticket and will need to buy a new one.
- Cancel 24 hours or more in advance and receive a full refund. Customers must check in on time and at the correct meeting point.
