• If your booking falls outside regular working hours (from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Turkish Time) or if you're scheduling a last-minute pickup within the last 3 hours, please inform the agency via WhatsApp
• Failure to do so may result in an unavailable pickup, and a refund for your booking will be initiated
☆ The bookings without flight number and drop off hotel name will definitely be cancelled. If you make sure you antered the necessary informations then you can just relax your mind and enjoy being greeted in airport and drop off to your hotel.
Please do not forget to write your flight number and drop off hotel name. So we will greet you according your flight and we focus only the passangers of each flight, we wait you at the exot of airport with your name in a placard, when we complate the passangers from the same flight then we take departure from airport. If you have stuation as lost luggage etc you need to inform us immediately, so we will reshedule your pick up. The last passangers will be waited max 10 min, and will report as noshow. (Definitely won't be refund, but will be picked up with the next plain passangers).
