Please note that this flight does not take place in the Goreme Valley. Instead, it will take place over the Çat Valley, which is still being explored. And there will not be as many balloons as in Goreme Valley. This is because these places have less tourist capacity.
One day before the flight, you will be notified of the flight status and exact pick-up information via WhatsApp or email. So don't forget to check your messages and emails.
In case weather conditions threaten safety, the Civil Aviation Authorities may cancel the flight.
In case of such cancellations, you will be given a full refund or your booking will be postponed to the next available day based on availability.
We will inform you of your exact pick-up time the day before the event and we will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel at the time we inform you.
