09:30 - Our tour will start with Traditional Local Attire. You will have an unforgettable tour experience in the Cappadocia region, wearing traditional clothing such as baggy trousers and a cap, which people used to wear in the past. Throughout the tour, you will feel like a part of this magnificent region.
10:00-11:00 - Our tour continues in the grape vineyards, which are another source of livelihood in the Cappadocia region. We appoint you as a Cappadocian to help with famous vineyards where renowned wine brands in the region are produced. We prepare by picking grape leaves for making the famous Olive Oil Sarma (stuffed grape leaves) and preparing to cook them in a stone oven.
11:00-12:00 - We continue our tour by participating in the preparation of Cappadocia's unique dishes. We prepare regional dishes such as baked beans in a clay pot and Testi Kebab (a special type of kebab cooked in a clay pot).
12:00-13:00 - Our tour continues with a Cappadocian lunch. We enjoy lunch together with dishes prepared by us, featuring flavors unique to the Central Anatolian region.
13:30-14:30 - We continue our tour with a village visit to get to know local life as a Cappadocian. To gain detailed insight into local life, we spend time with people in their daily living spaces.
15:00-16:00 - In our tour, we visit the carpet weaving houses where people in the Central Anatolian region used to make both their homes and engage in trade.
16:30-18:00 - Now, as a Cappadocian, we can relax and unwind in the Kızılçukur, which is the world's most beautiful sunset viewing area. We complete our tour while enjoying this breathtaking scenery.
