Get up close to the elephants as they walk through the jungle and indulge in refreshing mud baths, gaining insight into their transition from workers to free-roaming beings.
Start your day with pickup from your accommodation. Go on a scenic drive through beautiful scenery to the Elephant Sanctuary. Meet your English-speaking guide and learn a little about the elephants.
Gather up some bananas and cane sugar and walk with your guide through the park and discover the free-roaming elephants in a safe, sustainable, and ethical environment. Your guide will tell you a bit about each elephant's individual stories.
Walk,touch, feed, photograph, and interact with the elephants at your leisure while you learn about their lifestyle and behaviors.
Our elephants have been rescued from the riding, show, and logging industries. At The Khao Lak Elephant Sanctuary, they receive exceptional care and respect. Please note that the elephant bathing and feeding activities are designed to support their natural behavior, as observed in the wild. We never force the elephants to engage in any activity they are not willing to participate in.

We do not force them to engage in any activities. If an activity cannot be conducted as planned due to the elephants' choice, no refunds can be provided. We respect the elephants' natural behavior and provide opportunities for observation and interaction based on their comfort and willingness.
You can also get picked up from anywhere in Khao Lak. • Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-shows
